  • 会员4736：酒店硬件非常的好，非常推荐大家体验。作为家乡的酒店得支持下。另外有几点建议：1：客房的马桶转圈和面盆池边缝可以使用塑钢泥大一圈，这样美观，不沾污迹，也方便清洁。2：保安大叔可以做的再优秀些，比方见有车进来后主动迎上去，帮客人拉个行李，这样客人的美好的第一印象就留下来了。3：前台服务没问题，但缺少跟客人沟通交流环节，缺少有温度的服务。是不是可以考虑增加点其他服务项目，让客人的美好第一印象不减退呢。4：客房的迎宾水果，小随手礼了都可以参考或丰富下，相信如果住得好，客人的好感会在客房爆棚。这样坚持下去相信咱们店不愁没客人。另外括号处的地址应该改成王府井百货对面。这样客人更容易识别。找地标呗。

  • 会员9071：酒店位置很好，在焦作新区，交通方便，酒店出门就是王府井百货，大厦5层有丰富的餐饮服务，酒店出门就有一些小吃，谷婆婆八宝粥不错，免费停车场方便，地下和路面都有，早餐性价比不错，酒店房间比较小，但洁具好，卫生干净，此外酒店服务很好，有求必应，服务人员态度热情，酒店保安服务到位，特别是老保安陈师傅非常热情，总体好评。
  • 会员9323：酒店很不错 只不过我们入住当天下午那个前台女工作人员态度不是很好 并不具备四星级酒店该有的服务态度。第二天去洗衣服的时候发现另一个前台工作人员在使用客人用的洗衣机。整体来说这个酒店还是非常不错的 干净卫生，免费的洗衣烘干服务真的很赞。还会再来的
